+971 55 372 1525Breakbulk Middle East is the only event in the region dedicated exclusively to project cargo, breakbulk, and heavy lift logistics, and that focus is precisely what makes it so valuable. While plenty of trade shows touch on logistics as part of a broader portfolio, this one goes deep. It is built for the people who move things that do not fit in boxes: turbines, wind blades, industrial reactors, modular structures, cranes, rolling stock, and the kind of oversized, complex cargo that defines major infrastructure and energy projects.
The 2026 edition marked the event's 10th anniversary and delivered record results, welcoming over 13,000 industry professionals to Dubai alongside 270 exhibitors and representatives from more than 125 countries. A remarkable 75 percent of exhibitors return each year, which says a lot about the quality of the business actually being generated on the show floor. The 2027 edition builds on that momentum at the same Dubai World Trade Centre venue.
Dubai is a strategic choice of location. The Middle East is home to some of the world's largest and most complex infrastructure projects, from energy and petrochemicals to urban development and transport, and the demand for specialised logistics to support them is growing steadily. Breakbulk Middle East has become one of the few places where you can get direct face time with government ministries, private oil and gas companies, major EPC firms, and ports and terminal operators all at once.
The conference programme reflects that practical, deal-driven culture. Sessions focus on case studies, regional project opportunities, regulatory changes, and real operational challenges rather than broad industry vision. There is also a dedicated Women in Breakbulk panel, an Education Day for students entering the sector, and the popular Breakbulk Golf Day that kicks off the event.
