The Emirates Rhinology and Otology Conference, better known as EROC, is one of the most respected gatherings in the ENT and head and neck surgery world, and the 2026 edition marks a significant milestone as it celebrates 15 years of bringing together the global otolaryngology community. What started as a regional forum has grown into a truly international platform, having now united more than 20,000 specialists from over 120 countries across its history.

EROC 2026 is built around the idea that real progress in medicine happens when clinicians, researchers, and industry leaders are in the same room, actually talking to each other. The scientific programme is dense in the best possible way, covering rhinology, otology, facial plastic surgery, and head and neck specialties through a blend of keynote lectures, live cadaveric dissections, and interactive panel discussions. These aren't passive sit-and-listen sessions but genuinely hands-on and debate-driven, which is part of what keeps attendees coming back year after year.

To mark the 15th anniversary, the 2026 edition introduces several new additions to the programme, including a Facial Rejuvenation Surgery workshop, a Botox Masterclass, and a Fillers in Facial Aesthetics course, all led by world-renowned faculty. There is also the Sinovid Video Competition, which gives younger surgeons a platform to showcase their surgical techniques and clinical thinking, and the newly launched Dr. Hussain's Rhinology Research Grant, which supports pioneering research and helps fund the next generation of innovators in the field.

Set against the backdrop of Dubai's InterContinental Festival City, EROC 2026 strikes a good balance between rigorous academic exchange and the kind of networking that actually leads somewhere.
