Xposure International Photography Festival (often just “Xposure”) is the UAE-based global celebration of visual storytelling, uniting photographers, filmmakers, creatives and audiences from around the world under one roof. Organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), this annual event runs for about a week and is hosted in Sharjah (recently in the creative district of Aljada). 

Xposure delivers an immersive festival experience: expect hundreds of solo and group exhibitions showcasing thousands of images, industry-leading workshops and masterclasses, portfolio reviews, film-screenings, trade shows of photographic gear, gear launches, and networking sessions. For example, in one recent edition it featured more than 400 photographers from over 50 nations, 2,500+ images, and 200+ activities across 32,888 m² of event space.
